Mars

Listening to: Mars by Jack River. My roommate, Carly, has a chart and crystal pendulum that has shown me without a doubt I am from Mars (this is just the surface of hippie shit here where I live). Rather than go back to Mars, I would prefer to make our planet habitable for future generations. I must have left for a reason, right?

Day 2. Today I realized I got too stoned and bought the rights to this website that I am now semi committed to. Unlike anything else in my life outside of my dog, perhaps some commitment to a project will be healthy.

My toes and fingers are completely frozen these days, after living in Austin, TX the past couple of years I find the Northern California weather to be refreshing. However, my body seems to be fully acclimated to Texas still. So I write you these words with numb fingers and a warm heart.

I’ve spent the day working on this website (I think all the buttons work now), harvesting Usnea Lichen for tinctures, and drinking way too much coffee (my adrenals are dead). Due to my unhealthy relationship with coffee, I frequent a local coffee shop and thought the barista was just overly friendly. Turns out he swiped right on tinder awhile ago, I swiped right to see if he had and quickly unmatched due to his top artists in spotify being the lumineers, lincoln park, and blink 182. I felt like I time warped to 2011. Ah! How it feels to be dating in the modern age. Where you can base attraction off of a couple of words, pictures, and heinous music tastes. Y’all, at one point in history people met their life long partner on the day they were married. Think about that. Comment with the pros/cons.

For those who are suffering from respiratory issues from the Camp Fires/Southern Cali Fires, it is good to support your liver, kidneys, digestion, and blood flow right now to detox your body. You want your body to properly detox before focusing on lung health. I have been taking red root, Oregon grape, and drinking a lot of ginger tea!

Take care of yourselves plant mamas!
